Before writing a single line of code, we spent **20 years teaching at the secondary school level**. We taught the syllabus classes, marked CSEC/CAPE SBA folders, stayed up late grading exam scripts, and manually filled out student reports.
We saw firsthand how brilliant educators are held back from doing their best work because of administrative burnout—filling out registers, writing lesson plans, and calculating grade sheets by hand. We founded TW Solutions to resolve this exact friction.
